During your trek

FOOD

As there is no hotel on the mountain, your trek relies much on the assistance of your guides, porters and cooks. This team brings everything you may need during your trip up to the mountain. Your cook will prepare all your meals.
If you have special diet such as vegetarian, no pork etc, please let us know before your arrival so that we can arrange for you

WATER

We provide drinking water throughout your trip.

CLIMATE

You might feel hot but at night and at the summit it is extremely cold and windy. It is recommended to wear many layers (thermal clothes).

ALTITUDE SICKNESS

The symptoms of the altitude sickness are strong headaches, vomiting, diarrhea etc. Drinking lots of liquids (about 4-5 liters a day) and walking on your pace help to avoid altitude sickness. It is very important to follow the instructions of your guides.

MOUNTAIN GEAR

Basically, all the mountain gear should be brought by the guest. In case you cannot find all the gear, there is rental gear available for you. Upon your booking, we will send you a list of all the gear you need for your trek.

More details will be provided about the mountain trekking during the briefing upon your arrival.
